Billy Bunter's Holiday Annual 1967 (September 1966)

Published by Odhams at 9/6, with hard board covers. The front and back cover had the same colour picture of Bunter and friends sitting down to a study spread.

(Note that Odhams Press was merged with George Newnes publishers and Fleetway Publications - previously the Amalgamated Press, publishers of the Magnet - in 1963 to form IPC Media. The organisations retained their separate identities, but this explains why Odhams could publish material owned by Fleetway Publications).
