This is simply a list of the books and periodicals that don't obviously fit anywhere else. They are generally bibliographies, critical examinations, fan produced periodicals and biographies; and are published by a variety of mainly independent press.
I should stress that this is not a definitive list, and should be used in conjunction with the online resources detailed on my links page.
